jyan9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jyan9 ("jyan9", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jyan9 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services made available at jyan9.pro and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). The following account rules apply to all registered Users:

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on jyan9. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, jyan9 reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any winnings or bonuses accumulated across the duplicate accounts.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jyan9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by jyan9, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits in accordance with their own terms of service. jyan9 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. jyan9 will not process withdrawals to a payment method or account not previously used for a deposit on the same jyan9 account. Processing times for withdrawals are typically within 24 hours of approval, though jyan9 does not guarantee a specific processing time and actual settlement depends on the payment provider. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on jyan9:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the jyan9 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the sender.
• jyan9 reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Funds deposited into a jyan9 account that are later subject to a chargeback, reversal, or dispute by the payment provider will be deducted from the account balance. If this results in a negative balance, jyan9 reserves the right to pursue recovery of the amount owed.
• jyan9 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances do not carry any insurance or government guarantee. Players are advised not to maintain large balances in their jyan9 accounts beyond what is needed for immediate gaming use.

jyan9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. While jyan9 takes reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary outages, technical faults, or force maj eure events may occur. jyan9 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability or technical disruption beyond its reasonable control.
